Remote Online Notarization (RON) allows you to notarize your documents legally and securely via live video, without visiting a notary in person. It’s fast, convenient, and fully authorized in the State of Texas.
RON is governed by Texas Government Code Chapter 406, Subchapter C, which permits commissioned notaries to perform online notarizations using state-approved technology. All RON sessions are audio-video recorded and securely stored for a minimum of five years, as required by the Texas Secretary of State.
