These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and notary services offered by Mobile Notary Texas, a DBA of Hara World Wide LLC.

We provide mobile notary and remote online notarization (RON) services in compliance with Texas law. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for legal or safety reasons.

3. User Responsibilities

– Ensure proper internet access and ID verification during RON sessions

4. Payment and Refunds
All fees must be paid in full before final delivery of notarized documents. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed in writing.

5. Record Retention
We are required by Texas law to securely store RON session recordings and documents for a minimum of five years.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays, errors, or losses caused by third-party platforms, service outages, or false information provided by the client.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
